Organizations that submit or receive AGS Format data should register with the AGS as a ‘Data Format User’. Organizational registration covers all members of the organization.

Registered organizations are:
• authorised to transfer and receive AGS Data,
• able to use the AGS Format Logo on their reports,
• able to download example AGS files and abbreviation lists from the AGS website,
• included on the list of registered organizations,
• able to make suggestions for future editions of the AGS Format or additional abbreviations,
• able to submit new posts onto the discussion forum.
