The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM) came into effect on the 6 April 2015 and duty holders within the geotechnical and geo-environmental sectors will now be familiar with the requirements laid down within these regulations. The regulations have seen many changes over the years and the 2015 update placed an increased emphasis on the Client and expanded their accountability.
