There are two potential problems with how the NEC3 Professional Services Contract (“PSC3”) addresses PI insurance requirements especially where the work involves contaminated land, asbestos or pollution, such that standard consultant’s PI policies often do not comply. This LPA recommends how to address PI insurance requirements when using PSC3.
